NIPPON PMAC held a press conference at The Kitano New York Hotel on November 4, 2015 to announce the first installation of PAFMAC equipment in North America.

PAFMAC enables cooling and heating for each room by replacing Fan coils in each room using the existing 2-Pipe Chilled / Hot Water System.

With its new system, the Kitano Hotel was able to increase guest comfort while also reducing its energy consumption. Further, it was able to complete the renovations without closing the hotel.
