Our company passed the qualifying rounds at the regional competition and won a ticket to participate in national finals.

The National Skills Competition Japan is a competition in which young people who play a central role in companies compete to be the best in technical ability in their specialized fields. It is aimed at improving skills and passing on skills to following younger generations.

Over the past 6 years, we have continuously made it to national finals in the field of refrigeration technology skills and received the fighting-spirt award last year. This year, Aika Goto and Ryuta Kubodera won the title to compete at 61 ^st National Skills Competition Japan in the refrigeration technology field.

These competitors who train themselves hard besides doing their regular jobs not only raised the bar in the refrigeration skills but also serves as a role model within the company. Their take on challenges with their pride and never-give-up spirit towards their goals encourage positive behaviors of others.

In the remaining months leading up to the national finals, the entire company, led by the National Skills Competition management team, will be working as one team to support them.
