Compete in the 63rd National Skills Competition, October 2025

We are pleased to announce that our employee, Ryuki Tsuzuki, competed in the 63rd National Skills Competition-a prestigious event where young professionals from across Japan showcase their technical expertise.

Representing our company in the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning category, Mr. Tsuzuki demonstrated the results of his dedicated training and produced a highly commendable piece of work under intense competitive conditions.

Although he did not secure a top position, his determination and effort exemplify the success of our ongoing commitment to nurturing skilled talent.

Training for the National Skills Competition, October 2025

We are proud to announce that Ryuki Tsuzuki of NIPPON PMAC has successfully advanced through the qualifying rounds and will represent his prefecture in the 63rd National Skills Competition.

The Refrigeration and Air Conditioning category demands a broad range of technical expertise, including refrigerant piping, electrical wiring, cooling operations, data analysis, and control system integration.

Each task is aligned with international standards, requiring practical, real-world skills and precision.

For the wiring challenge, competitors must connect 100 wires to 200 designated points, adhering to exact installation dimensions that must be memorized beforehand.

Example Tasks:

  • Task I: Refrigerant Piping Work (170 minutes)
    • Installation of refrigerant piping
    • Airtightness and vacuum testing
    • Completion of electrical circuits
    • Verification of cooling operation
  • Task II: Performance Data Measurement, Capacity Calculation, Written Test (40 minutes)
  • Task III: Additional Control Wiring Tasks (4 questions announced on the day) (30 minutes)
