Since there are far more AC demands in existing hospitals for patients and their temperature needs than hotels for guest rooms, we have received requests for converting to PAFMAC system.
As for new hospitals, two types of rooms co-exist in one building. One that require all-year-round cooling and heating swap options and rooms that only need to switch from heating to cooling per each season.
In the planning phase, the architects confirm with the hospital to determine which type of AC system is needed for each room. For the rooms that require all-year-round switching option, PAFMAC is selected, and for other rooms that only require one-way seasonal cooling or heating, 2-pipe Fan coil system is incorporated.
